The teachers have been great at keeping our student on track. We tried an online option that we struggled with getting the direct help we needed when our student had questions. It's great to have the direct, personal help. For our situation, it was a better fit.

We have been very happy with our time at Math. Alison really enjoys her time there. She is proud of her work and enjoys the 1-1 time with the teachers. She seems to show more self-confidence around her math work than she does at school where she feels pressured by the timed math work. I see many more mistakes on her work from school. I work with her at home so I know that her knowledge base isn't reflected in her school work. Thanks to everyone at Mathnasium. We will happily continue our time there!

My son loves going to mathnasium. The staff are great. They are patient, fun and knowledgable. My son's math confidence has improved, along with his math skills. I get regular updates on his progress via email, and he has made improvements consistently since we began going to mathnasium.

Our child is making progress in Math and becoming more confident. The funny thing is that she complains about the time commitment of coming 3X a week (we generally make it all 3 times), but once she's there, she always has a positive experience and is happy when we pick her up!
She looks up to all the tutors there and really appreciates how they are patient and work with her to find strategies that work for her to have a deeper understanding of concepts.

Our 4th grade daughter has been going now for over 6 months. She has shown great improvement. Her teacher is absolutely noticing a huge difference. The staff is kind, funny, encouraging and easy to be around. Although she isn’t up to grade level yet we already see that she can do her math homework independently and is showing so much more confidence. It is worth the time and money.

My kid loves Mathnasium and actually asks for time to go. I don't have to pester her about it. She's also getting really excited about math, and is having a lot of fun. The information we get back on her periodic assessments is very helpful to see how she's progressing, and we are seeing results (in school as well).
Mathnasium has an extremely supportive staff. They let it be known right away that they are on your child’s “team” and they continually develop a growth mindset so that the students know that they can overcome obstacles. I love the fact that Mathnasium is a safe space for kids to take risks and fail! The instructors are now considered friends by my child. Thank you!

We've just started, but I like the frequency and that you can drop in. I also appreciate the periodic emails with updates on how our daughter is doing and what she is working on.
My daughter has been with Mathnasium for just over a month but is already exhibiting greater confidence in math and a desire to learn more. It has been very well worth joining! Math has never been "fun" for her and is something that she didn't even consider very important, but now her attitude is already perceptibly changing towards it.

As difficult as distance learning is (and also having to do it at Mathnasium, not just public school), the people at Mathnasium have been great about working with my child's needs and adjusting to her method of learning. I definitely have seen improvement in the one year that she has been involved and would recommend this to any other parents of children who need some extra help with math. My child gets 1 on 1 attention that is not possible with today's distance learning curriculum.
