Mathnasium has been the one constant helping us navigate the lack of math skills our son has, sadly, coming from the public school system. He has been working really hard to catch up for 7 months now after the online learning madness during COVID and we have no doubts that this is a much needed investment for us to support him as he prepares to go to high school. The best thing about Mathnasium is that our son doesn’t dread his math classes, he actually loves them and he has a lot of fun! He has never said once ‘I don’t want to go, mom,’ on the contrary, he actually enjoys their lessons and reward system!

Both my kids enjoy Mathnasium and the star system helps to motivate and make it fun. I appreciate how they help to work with me for convenience of scheduling.

I am satisfied with the classes. Both Sapir and Denise and very comfortable to talk to and always ready to help.

I have noticed an improvement in my daughter's mental math abilities, arithmetic and complex concepts like time and money. Most importantly, I've noticed an improvement in her confidence and attitude towards math! I've even heard her say "I'm good at math" and that is huge, considering how she felt before she started with Mathnasium. She worked at it consistently and is seeing results.

I have just received a math test for my son (Gr. 8) from school and I was impressed how well organized and all steps of the problems were done. I have tried for so long to explain to my son (unsuccessfully) how to present the solution of the math problems, not just do it in the head! And now after seven month with Mathnasium I can see he can do it properly. I'm very happy how Mathnasium was able to teach how to solve math problems in a logical manner and present clearly the results.

Always updating the parents on their child’s progress. Very supportive and approachable staff.

My daughter is very happy with Mathnasium, and so am I. Her test and quiz grades improved immediately to the point, as a parent, of having some breathing room.

In addition to help with her assigned school homework, an assessment is provided. Based on the assessment, additional math exercises are provided to fill in and build on pre-requisite skills.

We then received a progress report with a listing of the topics in progress and a list of the topics that have attained mastery.

My daughter also sends her homework in ahead of the class so that Mathnasium can print it out for her to have an indication of what work she is bringing in ahead of her appointment.

We have attained all of this in about 5 weeks. She is in grade 10 math and going to be taking grade 11 and grade 12 IB math.

We are going to stay with Mathnasium for the duration of her high school math. It is an excellent tutoring resource and supplement to stay ahead of the curve and succeed in high school math.

The staff are also very nice and the facility is very organized with nice work stations. Each student has their own math homework binder.

The scheduling is also very easy to use with flexible times and dates. We attend two times per week for 75 minutes for each lesson.

We are very happy to have joined.
