Gerae and Andy are top notch. I had questions after my insurance for car and home had increased and I was given a better quote on auto insurance by another company. I posed a lot of "what if I did this and that" questions, and they answered them all, there was no pressure on their part to retain me as a customer, they just provided the information I needed to make the best decision. The only thing that prevented me from giving a score of 10 was that I had to ask about taking a defensive driving course and how that would affect my insurance rate. They did provide me with the information I asked and I was able to save over $160 on my premiums. I wish they would have been proactive when I turned 55 to be eligible for that savings since then (I am now 63.) Other than that, they answer my questions promptly and are very courteous in their interactions.
