I dealt with Tina Terrell. She was extremely helpful. We had an issue with our lender who was confused by terms contained in the policy. After several phone calls, numerous emails and transmittal of the same documents to the lender I asked Tina to speak with the lender. She spoke directly with the lender resolved the issue.
