Easy to do business competitive pricing
it is one of the few customer service experiences we have been impressed with in Tuscon. We have found customer service to be "different" in the southwest, but Long has been reminiscent of the responsiveness and honesty we were accustom to from living in the midwest.
They send a notice in advance every year allowing me time to see if other policies might be better. They keep sending info and allow me to pay monthly.
