Everyone I've talked to has been super friendly and easy to talk to. Changing my insurance over when I bought a new vehicle was super quick. And even with the price change for going from a sedan to an SUV, I'm still paying slightly less than I did for the same sedan under American Family. And I have better coverage now than I did under Am Fam.
