Everyone I've talked to has been super friendly. When I called in to change my insurance last summer because I bought a new vehicle or this year to change the address on my renters insurance, both were super easy and stress free, even when I had to call back like a day or two later to amend the effective date after setting up the change to my renter's insurance this year. Any time I've called in with questions, I feel like I'm actually having a conversation with someone as opposed to listening to that person follow a script, which makes me feel heard. The significant savings on my premiums, when compared to the national chain I was with before, doesn't hurt either. :)
