The digital option to review, sign, and save docs from our computer was easy. However, this is nothing new these days. What I liked was working with Katie Strom to refinance our home. She also helped us two years ago when we purchased the house. Katie is sincere, personable, and always motivated to help. She worked around our schedule and was more than willing to provide me with numbers and breakdowns for different finance options whenever I asked. During the time from our decision to refinance until closing she kept everyone on track and up to date so that deadlines would be met. She provided daily updates and explanations to us. With computer documenting processes these days it’s often too easy for people in Katie’s position to simply say “just click and sign when you get a chance.” Katie added that personal guidance and help that is so lacking with computer based businesses today. Basically, she was there as if we were doing everything with her in her office decades ago. We greatly appreciate all that she did for us.
