It's been really easy to get ahold of someone when I need to...whether to file a claim or change the address for my coverage, or getting proof of insurance for rental applications. I like that there is an app to manage and access my coverage. I'm not always the best with technology but I find the app to be really user friendly. And everyone I've ever dealt with is very friendly and super easy to work with as well as seems interested in helping me. I left my previous insurance company cause they change things so I was stuck calling a 1-800 corporate line and felt like no one cared about me, just following their script.
