I'm an agent with HomeServices Insurance and appreciate the one stop shop approach. I like that my realtor knows the insurance guy and lender. I like that the agent asks questions about my home and doesn't provide a generic unthoughtful quote. I'm a little disappointed that this survey is so limited. I have had a couple of customers comment that they would like to provide a testimonial about my services provided to them, and while there is this free form box, it is not really inviting that type of feedback or a space providing a referral etc. I just assumed it went a little deeper. Thanks for letting me share comments.
