Teresa Leung is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and has saved many deals for us. She always looks for the best policies for our clients, and doesn't try to squeeze them into a one-size-fits-all situation. She understands the products, and can explain them to our clients. They were prompt in calling me back and helping me find a solution when my other HomeServices insurance policy doubled in price. Another company out of state bought National General and sent a new policy to me with barely two weeks notice that the policy was doubling for no reason. I have been a perfect driver for decades. When I tried to call the company on the notice, they never called me back. I found our new HomeServices Rep and he put a call out to the VIP department for the agents and he called me back that day.
