Lisa was excellent as she guided me through houses that were not good fits or in disrepair She listened when I said Idid not want to live on the 'west side' and we looked in 87111 She basically held my hand (babysat) through the entire process. Luckily we found a house I could live in by the 5th try

She has also recommended a good handyman who seems to be working out well. We (the handyman and I) have been working together for two days now and he is good. He has installed five smoke alarms, taken down a chandelier, taken out a small wetbar in the kitchen and added room darkening film to a skylight in the bathroom. We/he will be putting up drapes and rods next week

I would certainly recommend Lisa and Colwell Banker to future clients and feel free to use this recommendation However, please wait until my handyman and I are mostly done
