Everything! This is a full service team and a team that really does care about you as their client. Living out of state and trying to sell my parents home, I needed someone to help me with every step, from suggesting a house cleaner, carpet cleaner, window cleaner to getting documents signed and notarized out of state. THIS TEAM, and I do mean TEAM, helped me with everything. The house sold first day on the market (9 offers) and closed 15 days later.
