Ken came highly recommended as a real estate agent from a close friend of ours. As it turned out, my wife and I were very fortunate to have Ken guide the two of us (both first-time home buyers from out-of-state in our late 60s) through the lengthy process. Jill is an excellent realtor. I think most do just enough to get the buyer through the process but Jill takes things up a notch. She’s does well communicating the dos-and-don’ts of certain things (i.e. upgrades), is clear about selling goals and understands the profession.
I know that Coldwell Banker is a reputable company but I think it is also important to make the experience personable. Dasi Amedi made our house buying experience enjoyable not as intimidating as I was anticipating. She is professional, warm, easy to talk to and knows her job well, while also taking the time to know her clients. I would recommend Coldwell Banker to family and friends and Dasi Amedi even more so.
