Meghan was great. The house sold quickly at a good price and that's all I could ask for. I was disappointed that I didn't hear from her at all after closing.
Jill balanced our need to get the house sold quickly with the need to hit a certainly net sales point. It was a tough act with the market starting to turn soft. But she had a good group of people that could come in and do the minor repairs that needed doing, and she talked us through some tough decisions to a good result.
What is there not to say!! I just absolutely love Vance he went above and beyond for us when buying the perfect lake home. He made the process so simple and fun not your typical realtor never pushy always listened to what I wanted and went to bat when it was time. I am truly thankful and would highly recommend the real estate guru Vance!!!

She is very well organized and detailed in her work, providing information on what is happening in the immediate neighborhood regarding the housing market and making recommendations based on current data which she keeps up to date. She is very resourceful in providing and arranging services that may be required, such as repairs on the home or property, or an estate sale.
