First, I love the all the instructors, they are friendly, kind and they teach amazing classes. Every class I take I learn a new pose, the classes are challenging and push me out of my comfort zone. ( I love that ) great variety of classes, and times to fit into my busy schedule. So glad I found CorePower yoga, it is the best thing I have done for myself and money well spent.
I love the atmosphere of the hot yoga and sculpt classes. The instructors are great. The locker rooms are clean the front desk staff friendly and the music for classes on point. Sometimes the yoga sculpt class can seem a little too crowded (too many people in the room for mats and cardio for my preference) but the atmosphere is contagious. I am in a financial hardship situation so I cannot join unlimited classes right now. I may pay for class packs in the future. I like it hear.
Overall I have appreciated and enjoyed almost all classes I have taken at MG CP. I particularly appreciate when instructors 1) give suggested modifications for certain exercises, and 2) give at least 30 seconds transition / break in between sets of exercises or cardio (yoga sculpt).

Great class. The music was great. I was able to transition between exercises efficiently because the instructor was concise and clear.

I have a history of herniated discs and terrible sciatica pain, I have been struggling to figure out a workout regiment that is low impact but still delivers the right aerobic/anaerobic workout that will get my heart pumping and my body moving. While I've only been going for a little more than a week at this point, I've been really happy with what I have experienced at this facility. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and I can already feel my body changing.
The teachers are knowledgable and caring. The studio is in a great location and is well- maintained and clean.
My instructor made me feel welcomed and comfortable. There were locks for me to use for the lockers. The atmosphere was calming and meditative.
