Great classes and variety. Good value hope money
It provides a good variety of classes. The classes are at times which suit most people who work. All ages are welcome in the classes. Classes I attend are of a good standard. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, which in turn creates a good atmosphere. It is kept clean and is in a good location. The reopening of the cafe has been a welcome feature.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good parking, facilities, down side cant get onto any of the classes they are that good they are always booked up.
Staff are excellent as well as the equipment. The reintroduction of the cafe is most welcome.
Wonderful instructors and good variety of classes
I mainly use only the gym but find it has a wide range of equipment and good quantity of frequently used equipment.

Excellent friendly staff who always do their best to help you. Greeted at Reception. Excellent staff taking classes. We have had approval for an additional table tennis for the very popular Live Long More Programmes. Help if equipment list or left behind. Help setting up my new monthly DD so I can get access to as many classes as I want. Good job Six Mike staff!

I like the range of classes available and the instructors, particularly Tara, Marty, Paula, Paula and Jayne. I like the gym, the equipment is in good condition, there’s a great variety of machines and it’s always very clean.
Staff have been truly amazing and patient with registration and booking of activities .All of this was done over the phone .I am so grateful 👏
