The equipment is great and high quality.
The two time I have had Arrow Lift come to my home for a repair the technicians have been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their work. I spent about 18 months with Stannah techs trying to repair their chair lift, changing parts every time. Arrow tech was able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes without having to replace anything.
Technician (Jeff) gave me s heads up when he was close. He did s thorough inspection and reset of the equipment and left with everything working in fine order.

Our elevator is a phenomenal addition to our 2 story house! Since our main living space is on the second floor, I use it to load groceries up, Laundry up, suitcases, etc. When my husband was in a walker and wheelchair, he had the freedom of accessing both floors of the house. Not to mention that our grand kids loved riding up and down in it :)
The staff are professional and always very accommodating.
I did have trouble getting a scheduled visit but once that was completed, the service was excellent. The gentleman who came to service my chair lift was efficient and explained what had had done.
