I did have trouble getting a scheduled visit but once that was completed, the service was excellent. The gentleman who came to service my chair lift was efficient and explained what had had done.

Excellent product with exceptional maintenance and support
We were dead in the water when our elevator went out of service. Arrow Lift was out the next day and resolved a minor issue. We are pleased by their professionalism and response time. We are so happy to have our lift back in service, as is our 12 yr old Shih Tzu, who doesn’t like to do the stairs!
The Service Tech was fluent with the system, was able to service everything required, and had on-hand parts needed (4 different batteries) to provide full functionality. Excellent service !!!
