The people working with the Arrow lift were very helpful. There is one aspect of the chair which I feel for us could be improved. I think that the chair arms could be flexible further back on the chair which would allow for a person to easily slide from a wheel chair into the lift chair. My husband is 6'6'' and for him it is not that easy to slide into the chair and if the arms lifted clear from the back of the chair it would be easier to get into the chair as I am sure it would be for any person getting into the chair from a wheel chair or even a walker. The stair lift is pricey but was perfect for what we needed. We like the yearly maintenance and repair plan. Repairs usually happen in a timely fashion. Techs have been very congenial. As a care provider, I feel supported and cared for by the staff of Arrow Lift.

I purchased a stair lift from Arrow Lift 4 years ago, and have only had one minor problem. That problem was satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner.
The installer was very efficient. I asked him a few questions before he started and let him have at it without bother him and he came back a couple hours later and everything was perfect. The salesman was always great. He was very professional and never made me feel pressured. He gave me all the information I needed to make a informed decision and let me decide what fits my budget. I couldn’t ask for a smoother or easier process. My only regret is that I don’t need another lift. This company should be anyone’s first choice for stair lifts. 10.5 stars.
