The technicians who installed the elevator explained every step of the installation and how to best utilize the different aspects of use. The technicians who have checked the elevator through our maintenance agreement were thorough and explained what, if anything, needed fine tuning. They made the necessary adjustments and explained them to us. I recommended Arrow Lift to several of our friends and also showed them the ease of operation.
