Mathnasium is amazing. My daughter started out hating math and crying over doing it. Now it is her favorite subject! She loves going and I can see that her confidence has grown!

My children LOVE the Cary Mathnasium staff! They receive individualized attention and feel supported and cared for as they work to improve their math skills. Also, after spending a lot of time playing games together as a family over the holiday break, I am amazed by the improvement in their basic math skills and number sense. Their ability to compute numbers quickly and correctly has skyrocketed since they started at Mathnasium. Therefore, both the curriculum and the caring, knowledgeable staff make it easy for me to rate the Cary Mathnasium a 10!

My 4th grader is thriving with the on line option for mathnasium! She does an hour 3x per week and actually looks forward to doing math:) The incentive program helps because she is reward driven for sure.
I have noticed an improvement with her facts speed and she’s not as frustrated when we do homeschool math. She is becoming more confident in her math skills.
The tutors are now her on line friends and are patient and give lots of praise. She looks forward to seeing them and telling them about her puppy:) I am so glad we are using mathnasium!

For my children, who are actually quite good at math, I was concerned that signing up for "extra help" was frivolous. But Math is such an interesting subject because you can approach most problems from several different angles and learning all of those varying strategies often doesn't get taught in schools. Especially now, with Covid and eLearning... So I do feel like Mathnasium has been a valuable resource for my family. Learning accelerated concepts and getting a sneak peek into what may be covered in the future at school gives them the confidence they need to be a successful student.

The staff and instructors are great to work with. My daughter enjoyed her sessions. She never complained about having to do it after a day of school.

Great tutors .... very patient. My son is now getting an A in the College Algebra class!

We love Mathansium! My kids have learned so much and can't wait to go back each week. The director Amy is wonderful, working with the kids on individual plans and working with their teachers so they stay on track at school.

We absolutely love Mathnasium in Cary,IL. The owner, Amy Becker has been so easy to work with and extremely helpful. Every tutor my children have had has gone above and beyond to make sure they are learning the information given and is succeeding in math!

While remote learning has been an adjustment for everyone - it’s been a complete struggle for others in some classes. When I asked my son’s Algebra 2/Trigonometry teacher for additional help for him (I don’t know trig, I can’t help)... I was told to “check out YouTube”! 🤯 To say we were overwhelmed is an understatement.

We decided he would take senior math over summer so he wouldn’t have to worry about it next year- should we still be digital learning. One less class to worry about!

It started the week school “let out” and ended Friday. THIS PAST FRIDAY. July 31st. He’s been doing math daily since May. He had over 370 lessons to learn. I don’t know about you, but this is not something I could ever learn on my own with only a zoom class from 8-9am, let alone expect it from a kid. OVER THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY LESSONS. Covering algebra, geometry, trigonometry, whatever. 🤢

THANK GOODNESS for people like Amy Becker & the tutors at Mathnasium of Cary, IL! My son put in so much time there... with an angel of a tutor, Ved!

Amy opened on days they were closed... Ved changed personal plans to stay extra hours with my son. My kid was there for five hours Friday. Four hours Thursday. Minimum two hours daily for weeks now. They made his success their priority! It is so hard putting your trust in someone else when your child’s future relies on it... Amy filled me in after each session on progress & how my son was feeling.

Never in a million years would he have gotten through this class had we not had this center as a resource. He FaceTimed me the second he got in his car Friday with the biggest smile. SO MUCH STRESS GONE from the face & shoulders of my 17 year old! ❤️

The kid WORKED HIS TAIL OFF, he was gassed. I give him so much credit for powering through even though there were plenty of days I could see he was so discouraged and didn’t think he’d make it.

Not all teachers handle the new curve of learning how we experienced, granted we weren’t really prepared, so I won’t criticize too hard. I think math in general needs more “hands on” time. Digital learning is something we are all trying to adapt to but let me tell you now... if math is becoming an issue, don’t wait. It won’t get easier.

I will thank Amy & Ved forever for helping him! Mathnasium was a godsend.

Mathnasium has been a great resource for our kids. They get wonderful support from Amy and her staff. They enjoy going and the incentives that the center provides. We have seen a large improvement in our kid’s math skills since we joined. They are so much more confident about math now!

The staff is AWESOME! My daughter looks forward to her online sessions with the knowledgeable, encouraging, kind math experts! Ms. Amy runs an AMAZING program. Would definitely recommend Cary Mathnasium to everyone!!!

Mathnasium has been very helpful in giving my daughter Savannah more confidence in math and she feels less anxious taking math tests after working with the Mathnasium tutors who are extremely experienced and great at showing various ways to solve the same math problem. I have recommended Mathnasium to my daughter’s friends parents.

My daughter enjoys going to Mathnasium and leaves with a smile on her face which is saying a lot as before Mathnasium she was often in tears about anything math related. She has a better understanding of concepts and is beginning to gain math confidence.

It has changed both our girls ! They both hated math and had difficulty getting good to now loving math and pulling great grades! My one daughter went but 13 points on her MAP testing just with only 6 weeks of going to Mathnasium!

My daughter has math anxiety however she enjoys going to Mathnasium and is beginning to feel more comfortable with math. I think the reward system is great and gives her something to work towards.
