I like the Senior fitness classes. I only wish you hadn’t lost instructors so we could have the classes 5 days per week.

You can come when you want to or be a part of a scheduled activity. There's someone there to help you with any one of the programs you want to enlist in, even if it's just learning how to use the equipment properly.
The group exercise motivate me. The great teachers, the music and the nice people make me want to come back.
