Flexibility
I can usually find machines I like to use available when I am there. It's a little trickier getting Pool Time once Summer Kid's Camp is in full swing, but they are good about letting you know the more available times. Now if they could just get the Rite Hite whirlpool fixed it would All be Good!

I like the general gym and the walking track.
I also think the ladies locker area is very nice and is kept clean.
My very favorite is the sauna as I think I could live in Arizona with it's dry heat.
I am not a big fan of humidity so you would never see me in the Sauna!
I come in from the main parking lot for the Y(near Ascension) and think the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
I do enjoy a cup of decaf when I have time.

Everything works to the great satisfaction, but whirlpool not working and make members move to other locations.

I am on the bike every day for 4-5 miles a day. Two days in the swimming pool. People are very friendly and nice.

I like the variety of exercise programs available. Glad there are pickelball times reserved.
I love to swim . Schroeder has a great pool . I am only disappointed when hours get severely limited due to other scheduled events.
