The staff I’d friendly. Classes for all ages and ability. Also enjoy the coffee area for socialization. A wonderful place to spend a couple house in the morning.

Large variety of fitness/wellness activities; motivated instructors; nice equipment; and an emphasis on hygiene re equipment.
I like the options for the Child Watch Program, the Sauna, Pool, the Gym and the Exercise Equipment.
Normally would say 10. But have not been able to swim lately due to murky pool. hope it is fixed soon.
