The people at Camp Bow Wow were courteous and service oriented. We have utilized both the grooming services and the doggy daycare. Both of our dogs enjoy the daycare and our doodle always looks very good after the grooming.
The fact that you can watch your pups at anytime on the live steaming. Also, the staff is very friendly an attentive to you and your puppies. My dog has gone their since he was 6 months old and now he is going on 4 years old. He still gets excited to see the staff and his doggy friends every time I take him. I think he is secretly in love with Cindy...haha.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Saw them petting my fur babes ! Feel very comfortable leaving them in their hands. Will use this service in the future.
The facility is staffed with caring, compassionate individuals that love dogs. I'm happy our boy has a safe place to play or stay when needed. The staff is always friendly and flexible in working with our schedule, especially during an emergency.
I love the cameras and being able to see what my dog is up too. I think they have great staff who are well trained in what they do. Makes me happy to know I don’t have to worry about my dog when I am away.
I feel like the owners and staff at Camp Bow Wow truly love animals and takes care of them like they are their own pets. When you walk in the door, you are greeted so kindly by the staff and they truly offer excellent customer service. Our Daisy loves playing all day and we love that we can watch her have fun on the cameras! When boarding, they accommodate for the fact that our pup is a grazer and doesn't eat much at a time. I appreciate how they go the extra mile, thank you Camp Bow Wow!
Pets appear to be treated well and come home tired from exercise . easy to schedule boarding times and care spaces are large and seem comfortable as exhibited by pets behavior when taken home
The people are friendly and they are good at cutting dark nails. I do wish the dogs had more room to romp, but I realize space is limited. That is the one reason we don't bring her there more often. We are not able to do a lot with her and want her to have a chance to exercise and run and play. This is not for that, but it does help with socialization.
