Convenience and nice bikes

Person was very helpful, but coming back we were running late. Before when we rented from them if you were late you could lock up the bikes on the porch. We were told that if we weren’t there by 5:10 we would have to take them to our condo and pay for 24 hours. We rode hard and made it back with 10 minutes to spare. The trails were kind of confusing, and we had taken a wrong turn. They really need more signage on the trails.

The bikes were fantastic. They were in great shape and renting them was quick and easy. It’s so convenient there’s over 28 miles of secluded trails to ride right by this location.

We have enjoyed renting eBikes when we visit Gulf Shores for the last 4 years and have always been very happy with the experience but this last trip really exceeded our expectations! One of the bikes got a flat just about as far away from the store as we could get. I called the store & Mark told me to sit tight while he grabbed some tools & he would be on his way. I dont think we were waiting more than about 15 minutes by the time he arrived & we were back on the road shortly after despit it being a rear tire flat with a lot more moving parts to navigate. We are very grateful!

The bikes are super cute and comfortable. We had a group 8 of ladies and we had such a great time. Everyone was very helpful and patient. The rude we took was absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to come back and do it again!
