I arrived with my family of ten and we were taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The staff was very patient with all of our needs and requests. They had us on our bikes quickly. The bikes were comfortable and seemed almost brand new. We all enjoyed our bike ride and the service provided.

Fast set up and go. Good directions and suggestions on course. Take my picture. Friendly and courteous. Convenient. Bikes worked better than I expected from a performance and comfort perspective for this short 17 mile ride.

Great bikes, very comfortable and newer models and very well maintained. Loved the bells with fun designs, colorful baskets that are removable and speedometer/odometer!!

We had a great time riding our bikes through Gulf Shores State Park. The rental process at Beach Bike Rentals was super easy and the employees went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable on our bikes and knew where we were going. They even took a family pic for us! Thank you for such a great experience!
