We showed up on a whim Thursday afternoon without a reservation, with a group of ( 6 adults, 3 Kids). The lady that helped us (Sorry, I didn't get her name) was very nice, professional and accommodating to our chaotic group. She explained everything well, and set-up everyone's bike smoothly. She gave a good impression for your business. The close access to the trail was a big plus, we all had a great time and I was impressed with the quality of the rental bikes. Thanks - Name removed

The trail itself was gorgeous! We did the outside loop around 14 miles altogether. Saw several alligators, snakes, and much more!

The ladies in the shop were very helpful in picking out the right bikes for us and explaining how to use. They offered great advice on where to go ride on trails that were safe. Map was provided and they didn’t rush us to learn and ensured we felt OK before taking off for our time on the bikes. Would always use this place for future rentals in Orange Beach!

Loved my bike rental experience! The lady was friendly and helpful. The trail at Gulf State Park was beautiful, and I felt safe even as a young female cycling alone. (I did have my tactile pen with me just in case. Because you never know these days!) 10/10 recommend and would use them again!

We experienced excellent service during our bike rental on our vacation. They were able to accommodate our large party of 8 adults and 8 kids. Our kids ages ranged from 3 to 10 and there were options for everyone to participate. The staff was very helpful and understanding when we made several changes as we started our bike ride through the park. Thank you for an amazing experience. We will be back!

Great service, clean facility, and very well-maintained bicycles. I'm sure there are other places to rent bicycles in the Gulf Shores areas, but we will always come to Beach Bike Rentals because of their excellent service.
