A question about the schedule: Jiesi's Monday C2 was a class I really looked forward to every week. I'm sorry she isn't teaching it anymore. Will there be a new C2 at 6pm on Mondays? It has disappeared from the schedule entirely and that's disappointing.

Really like the San Vincente Studio, the heat is always at a great temperature, classes run on time, clean, free parking, and Kat one of the instructors does the best classes, at a great pace, good flow to follow and improve! Would highly recommend trying any of her classes!

Obviously Core power ihas created a wonderful teacher training course ! Seasoned teachers like ELLE A 🤩CLASS all the way ! Perfect way to start your day ,Sequence ,Music , her mindfulness of movement then ending of class 🕊️!
