We would absolutely recommend Sarah to our friends and family. We were so worried about making the move from MA to NY but Sarah made finding our home so easy. She was able to share new houses in the market virtually and offered to FaceTime if we couldn’t get to Syracuse to see the house ourselves in person. She really listened to the list of qualities we wanted in a house and was able to find what we needed all while staying within our budget. During the closing process, she answered all of our questions and provided regular updates both over email and text. Her attention to detail from offer to closing was exceptional.

From the moment I first spoke with Sarah I felt comfortable and listened to. After a previous iffy experience elsewhere my spouse and I decided to speak with her and not only was Sarah attentive, patient and supportive but she was also fast and super knowledgeable. She was the biggest help through the entire process from beginning to end. Answering all our questions super fast, being understanding and super fun and personable when viewing houses. Plus she had great advice and recommendations for other things we needed in the process as well.

Sarah was a joy to work with. She’s very personable and good natured. She bends over in to do all she can to make your house sale or purchase as pain free as possible ( we did both ). She was always close by when you had a question. I can’t say enough positive about our experience. We spent 8 months trying to find our house and she was with us every step of the way.

Right from the beginning we felt as though we were a top priority to Sarah. She was thorough and made sure we knew every detail. Any fears or concerns we may have had, Sarah immediately responded. Not once did we ever feel as though we were out there floundering, nor did we ever feel as though our questions were ridiculous or unnecessary. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we recommend Sarah to anyone we meet. She was kind, supportive and helped us through the entire home buying experience. When there was a minor complication on walk through night Sarah handled everything for us and made sure we closed on time. She is always professional and so easy to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about her. If you need a realtor you need to use Sarah! She is absolutely amazing! We can’t thank her enough!

From start to finish my experience with Sarah was phenomenal. She is a genuine, easy going, knowledgeable person. Most importantly, she was patient with me and always accessible. For instance, there were moments when I felt defeated, but her calming demeanor provided reassurance. She answered texts, calls, and emails quickly and her turn around time for contacting and scheduling appointments/tours was remarkable! In addition, Sarah listened to my changing needs and wants and actively searched for houses that met my wish list. She is also a one stop shop as she has connections with people that are an integral part of the home buying process. Sarah is the best! I’m blessed and thankful to have worked with her.
