Adult swim lessons- the instructor Chris is awesome. She is patient, kind and very encouraging.

The sauna is great.

There is something for every member of the family, the scheduling is good and the exercise machines are always available. Bonus - things scheduled for seniors. I love it.

My daughter really enjoyed her gymnastics teacher the last few sessions and has made huge progress.

I love the classic senior silver sneakers class. Just wish it wasn t so hard to get into. We also love the indoor water park. I haven t done much more than that.

I love that you have so many lanes for lap swimming, both outdoors and indoors, and that the outdoor pool opens earlier than Memorial Day in May and closes later than Labor Day in September.

I like the access to the fitness center and basketball court I haven't been able to take advantage of some of the other programs, but I will soon

What do you like about our programs and activities?

For the most part I attend only arthritis water aerobics. Although my home Y is Blue Ash, your teachers (including/especially the volunteers) are far superior to those who teach the same classes at Blue Ash, where I still go for other classes and to volunteer.
