I like that you keep the pool water temperature at a cool level. I’ve been to other Y’s and it is like swimming in bath water. You also do your best to have enough lanes for lap swimmers.

THE POOLS! I just moved back to Cincinnati from Florida, where you'd think the swimming pools would be awesome, right? WRONG! People have pools in their backyards, but they never use them. Community pools either don't exist or are open from like noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Private clubs are expensive, and the one I joined for about a year quit putting up the lap lanes so as not to disturb the other 5 people in the pool who just bobbed around a lot and talked.

So coming back to the Greater Cincinnati Y, where pools are for fitness and lap-swimming and exercise AND family fun...I'm in heaven. I wish you'd keep the pools open beyond Labor Day, but I know that might not be feasible. As a 66-year-old, though, I'd offer to become WSI-certified just to have a staff of old-folk lifeguards to keep pools open after the school year begins and all the teens go back to high school and college. Just a thought for you to consider....

Clean friendly and open when I want to go

Lovely pool and great activities. Clean, well managed and guarded!

Availability, cleanliness, friendly staff

The outdoor pool is open at noon the next two weeks. So that I can swim during the day and not have to wait until 4.

I especially enjoy water workouts like the deep water classes.

How clean the facility is, the staff is pleasant, the various weight machines,

I have not taken any classes since COVID, I have felt safe just walking on the treadmill. I was thinking about taking classes again, but now with the new variant I will just continue with what I have been doing.

I love the water exercise programs and may be trying Virtual Y soon. I viewed those programs and it's a nice option. And I may soon be utilizing the exercise equipment.
