I am a 5am swimmer. Front desk people are amazing and welcoming! Our lifeguard Cathy is a sweetheart and caring.
I like the racial and socioeconomic diversity. Ilike that there are a range of workout opportunities as well as classes. i don't mind that it's an older facility - I hate that we are always demolishing and replacing buildings. The PC Y is perfectly adequate for me as a member. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I like that there's a sauna.
I love the fitness classes, especially Strength Trsin Together with Judy and cycling with Britta.

You have great instructors for your water aerobics classes, especially, Renee.
You need to do something about the over crowded Silversneakes classes.
If you don't you will have people leaving the YMCA.

Beautiful outdoor pool!
An awesome place for kids in the play area. They have very nice showers with warm water and good lockers with nice changing areas.

Meets my needs and times. I would like to be able to use either shallow or deep lanes at any time.

The people and the atmosphere
I love the heated swimming pool in winter, and I love all the lap lanes in summer. I love how you stay open in September when other pools have closed, but you stay open because the weather is still hot.
The staff makes the programs fun! There is a program for nearly all interests. Truly a body, mind and spirit philosophy. Social activities are also very important for one's health. You get it all at The YMCA.
Donna, the Silver Sneakers instructor, is the BEST!
Friendly environment and attentive swimming instructors. Lots of families for your children to make friends with.
