Workouts are great- silver sneakers is a very worthwhile class, and people are very friendly!

I swim laps twice a week and the pool is almost always available.

Mingling with a nice group of people to get exercise. Also, playing pickle ball is a lot of fun! While waiting for the next game to begin, it gives me a good chance to talk one on one with other members.

Access

Small class sizes allows for better instruction.

Shallow Water class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 is challenging but adaptable to any skill level. Renee is friendly encouraging and competent.
Silver Sneakers Stability class on Tuesday and Thursday at 11 is very good for balance, flexibility, and strength training for senior citizens. Nicole explains well what we are to do, does it with us with humor and encouragement.

Have only used workout equipment. I am enjoying this experience for now.

Great Zumba class -- Natombi is a terrific instructor whose class is a real workout, but lots of fun at the same time.
