What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the variety of things you offer while I have not availed myself of all of them. I mainly enjoy water exercise and the steam room. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and would recommend this to anyone.

I love the availability to swim laps. I wish the hours were later on Saturday and Sunday. To at least 6.

I love my instructor Lynn Arnold , she is very inspirational although we do need a better and a bigger facility for we have to limit the numbers of people that can attend class cause we do not have enough room.
