we love the flexibility of the different opportunities ... we can walk, we can swim ... we don't use the weight room ... love seeing friends and even family there. it is just a nice place to go and get some exercise and out of the house
The people
Our instructors engage with the members both as a group and individually. They encourage and challenge us at at all levels and all classes. Our classes and exercises room are are full and then some.
Our Y has many activities that are special - popcorn Fridays and celebrations for special events for members encouraged and lead by members.

There is a lot of activity, it’s open, it’s clean.
Water aerobics instructor is wonderful, that's the only class I attend at this time.
Only have walked so far but looking forward to getting involved in other activities. Very very friendly staff and people who go there
