The water free swim and walking track helps us a great deal cause we are both have handicapped we can go at our own pace and we think we are getting good results from our free swim and walking

The Y has Lots of programs I would like to try, just don't have the time right now, I do have a lot outside work in the spring & summer maybe can try more come fall. I do love the silver sneakers class & the water volleyball.
