The group classes and instructors are wonderful!
I come to the Clermont Y to participate in the Deep Water Workout! For 2 years I have been strengthening my core, becoming better balanced, feeling stronger and more flexible all over and have met some wonderful people! Our instructor provides new routines to music constantly that provide a challenging workout. Taking this class is the best thing I have chosen to do just for ME!

Love the morning water classes. Wish there were more. Before Covid, there were water classes offered Monday through Friday, 9-10 every day. I think there were classes from 11-12 on Mon. we’d and Fri.
The 9:00 Monday-Wednesday class has too many people in it!
I love the 9am classes with Lynn abd volleyball. Your outdoor pool is also awesome!!

The swimming programs and classes are great.
I am very pleased that since last summer, the staff has made an effort to make the outdoor pool more enjoyable, cleaner for sure! The few years prior it appeared things were going downhill, but the Y has upped their game both inside and out, as well as having front desk people who are friendly, somewhat knowledgeable, and so far have not had an issue with lying like in the years prior. I love the classes for the older members. Great exercise plus helps with balance and strength. Love the pools and the gym. Very pleasant staff and instructors.

I love the open pool exercises. Water is the only way I can exercise and having the freedom to be there when I can is wonderful!
We loved coach Jack he did an awesome job with the kids. Even though they didn't really have games they were able to learn a lot about baseball
They keep me moving. The one thing that I do not like is there are never enough spaces in lens silver sneakers on Tuesdays and Thursdays for everyone who wants to join in the activities.

I like being able to sign up for a lane for lap swimming, so I don't have to worry about too many swimmers crowding up the pool at once.
I love the inclusion of the Silver Sneakers program that makes it possible for older people on fixed incomes to keep fit.
I like the book exchange program in the lobby.
I like the very pleasant employees that welcome everyone.

THere is a number of different classes to choose from and numerous times. The instructors are well informed on what to teach and they made it fun. And if you need to change some of the activities involved in class do to limits you have it is ok with them.
We really enjoy the pool!

I love to swim laps and then go in the sauna.
I like the volleyball, and the access to the two pools, as well as the work out machines.
Instructors are great. Lyn very knowledgeable in all she teaches and skilled at teaching at all levels and making exercise fun.
Classes are full. We need more classes as many members can’t get in!
