I’ve just recently joined but already enjoy the pool. Am looking forward to yoga and Tai chi. And I like the cycling machines and the treadmills.
Friendly staff (Patsy) makes you feel welcome from day 1. Nice size facility, not tooo big but big enough to offer everything we were looking for.
I only attend water exercise on Monday and Wednesday with Cathie. I try not to miss bc it is the best for my health and well being.

Exercise classes for older people got to crowded. I don't know if you added a class. Seem to have something for every body. I like group gatherings.+

I can only speak about my wife and I. My wife loves the “fight” class. She also love water walking as well. I enjoy working out on the Precore exercise machines 2 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. We’ve lost weight and toned up. Personally, I’m beginning to build mass and will be getting with a trainer to insure that I’m doing what I’m supposed to properly.

I just started this week and only doing the walking track! I will check into others programs as I feel comfortable with my progress!
I haven’t gotten there yet. Finishing up quilts this week. Hoping next week to get in a few times . I really need to build stamina. Have gotten lazy this winter.

It helps me stay on a plan to exercise on a regular basis and I meet some interesting people.
