What do you like about our programs and activities?

Staff is always SO friendly! Group fitness classes are a huge bonus and having a variety to choose from is always fun. The facilities are amazing - modern, bright, and all the machines always work. I LOVE the cycle studio room with the cycle video subscription on the TV! On the days I cannot make the group classes, I go in there and do a tv workout and it’s terrific. And in the mornings, coffee is what gets me there early :)

Everything is clean and organized and a welcoming environment for all abilities. The instructors notice new people in their classes and ask for their names. It creates community and inclusivity that is hard to find!

I especially like the steam room and sauna.....
That's the only reason I joined the YMCA because most gyms don't offer those amenities.

I haven’t tried any programs or activities yet but the facilities are great. I ran on the track, played racquet ball and swam laps.

I really enjoy the pool. I like that the shower areas are clean and have a sauna and private lockers.

Zumba and cycling instructors are awesome. Great customer service at the front desk. It helps to be greeted with a smile and welcome at 6:00 a.m.

I do have one small request. The sun has been blinding in the studio for the 6:30 p.m. zumba class. It seems to shine through the blinds. Any chance of getting better blinds put up?
