What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the amenities and that they are kept nice and clean. I enjoy using the basketball courts, pool, and sauna. I have yet to take any classes but likely will try those at some point.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We LOVE the Silver Sneakers class with John. I've never been to an exercise class like this before: it's energizing, a great work out, and John is the best motivator in the world. He introduces himself to each new person, and wants to know if they have any physical issues. He encourages everyone to reach for their own personal best.
It's a great class. John deserves a lot of credit and thanks.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I've been to many gyms throughout my oh so many years. My wife and I find the Central Parkway YMCA to have the friendliest staff and a full range of the best workout equipment. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The trainers are very good at what they do and are very helpful.

The workout equipment is first rate. The facility is kept perfect. I really like our trainer Dave. He is first rate.
