I wish there were fans in the studios - the air doesn’t move enough. Studio 2 especially for evening classes gets too warm
Top notch instructors. I attend the pilates, yoga, pickle ball, and spinning classes. As well as independently working out on a first rate fitness floor. My health has benefited greatly. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities.

Morning time slot is good for strength training and yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Like that they are back to back. Love the teachers. Love the content of both classes.

I love my yoga tai chi class. I wish it was offered more than just once a week.
Friendly staff. I love the saline water pool. Good change rooms.
