Easy to schedule.. I like fact that swimmimg pool is dedicated to lap swimming.. ie no teams, etc

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Janice is a wonderful instructor for Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga. The staff and most members are really friendly.

One small issue for me is that I would like to do rowing either before or after Chair Yoga but the 6 machines are part of the circuit training class which is right after Chair Yoga. It would be nice if one of the rowing machines was at a separate location so it could be used by persons not part of the class.

The fitness instructors are great and the staff are always welcoming when you enter the Y. The Y has become my sacred ritual for honoring my commitment to myself, first thing in the morning.

I'm happy to see new spin classes on Mon, Wed evening. I would also like to see Run Row Lift and TRX classes in the evenings.

There is a good variety of classes albeit some are a bit early for this retiree. Like to contribute via the volunteer activities. Have developed a community here at the Y.

Pickleball is a great group. Rebecca and Mark volunteer and make it a great experience.
