I really enjoy participating in the offered programs. I go to the pickleball, les mils, core, women on weights. I also use the weight room, sauna and pool. Big complement to the cleaning staff . The Central Parkway facility is clean in compare to other locations. Love it and truly appreciate the hard work of all the YMCA employees.
One suggestion is that many of my favorite classes overlap each other so I can participate only in one of them. Wished for more options for a Tue or Thursday afternoon classes.

I love the Women on Weights class! Hannah is a great instructor and I love the format of the class.
I like the pool. that's really all I do there. But lifeguards are diligent and friendly. and locker room is clean and well lighted.

I just joined a few days ago but I participated in a Pickleball class and everyone was very welcoming. I was impressed with the facitilites, the programs available and the overall feel of the facilities.

The programs and activities at the YWCA are part of my health regiment. The classes are challenging and fun. This combination helps build consistency.

Everyone is very friendly. The building is very clean. Many different areas, workout preferences and classes to choose from.
