Attentive lifeguard and plenty of room at the pool.
Variety and schedule
Wonderful pool and lifeguards.
All the staff I have talked to have been very friendly and helpful. It is my first time trying to work out in a gym and I am already feeling much more comfortable knowing there are plenty of kind people I can go to if I need assistance.
They offer fun, valuable fitness programs. Friendly instructor, well thought out exercises to strengthen the body!
The instructors are supportive and funny. I take a lot of Ray and Hannah’s classes.
I am brand new to the Y and wish I had discovered it sooner. The building is very clean and orderly. The equipment seems to be well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I love central park ways ymca! Definitely has so much more equipment & other things to do unlike kenwood ymca in blue ash that I always went to. Will be at the central parkway location from here on out! I just love it 😀
Good classes and a great pool
Lots of availability
Staff was always nice.
Staff was so kind, and so accommodating for me to conduct my fitness test that needed pool access. I am a member and reserved a lane in advance l. Im so grateful for thier friendly approachableness. We didnt need to and weren't asking to bend any rules, just happy that the staff tried hard to make my visit low stress. Bonus: I passed my fitness test!

Fantastic facility and staff! Everything that I need under one roof.
Great teachers. Good variety of classes.
I think Ray Gargano is an excellent instructor. His spinning classes are the best -- good music, tells you what's coming next in the workout, reminds you of technique, and doesn't talk too much (let's the music and workout do their thing!)
All that might sound insignificant, but together they make up the entire experience! Not all instructors are created equal. One class I went to, the instructor played Jazz -- which of course has no consistent beat to follow. I can't go to the class on Sunday because the instructor yells and talks over the music the entire time about irrelevant things.
Ray's really good across the board. Always upbeat and professional with his approach. He's the best.
