What do you like about our programs and activities?

My partner and I just joined 30 days ago. I attended my first Silver Sneakers Classic yesterday and really enjoyed it. He has been attending Pilates and Yoga group sessions. We live only 3 blocks away, so the convenience for us is unmatched. I'm a bit intimidated by the equipment, especially when it's busy. I will make it a point to come in during slower times of day. We've noted to one another how friendly and welcoming everyone is, both staff and guests. That makes a huge difference. I will definitely be attending Silver Sneakers in the future as well as other sessions. Central Parkway YMCA is a great resource for our city!

I like that most of the staff always says hello. The staff at the pool are top notch. They are very friendly. I am a metro member and I sometimes go to Campbell county. I feel much more comfortable and welcome at Elm Street.
