What do you like about our programs and activities?

Swimming, esp lap swimming - has been perfect for us, early options a giant plus. All spin bike classes are great (& all the spin instructors are terrific - joe is a rock), aerobic and weight training center provides every thing we could ever need. Staff quite wonderful; every last one of them. Dave in the mornings is an icon.

I like how well the pool schedule is posted and followed. It seems to be the best run YMCA in the Cincinnati area.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the YMCA but have been disappointed we don't have a yoga class on Saturdays any more. The instructor quit weeks ago. There is not any instructor substitutes for yoga. Wed night yoga was canceled because of no substitute.

Weight room is starting to show wear. Several seats are torn and have been duck taped.

Women's locker room has been closed for a few weeks for repairs.

It is easy to reserve a class. I enjoy yoga and would like to see more options for morning classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I participate in Silver Sneakers exercise classes and am very happy with in structors and
music. I don't like having to register for each class before attending. They are always filled
and difficult to ,get a spot.

Also would like to have an instructor in the weight room to help instruct with how equipment
works.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Jan the instructor for AOA makes the work out worth coming to. She puts the exercises to music and the flow is perfect
Swimming pool is good plenty of open swim inside. Outside pool needs more open swim in the mid morning to early afternoon
Exercise room is a good basic gym
