Staff is so welcoming and makes you feel part of the group as soon as you walk in. The class instructors are easy to follow and very energetic. They let you know different things you can do if the class is a little too hard for you.

I have already recommended this location to several of my friends.

I like the hours. Get there early and never have to wait for equipment. Very friendly staff and people.

Fitness Center is very spacious and has multiple machines for different muscles. Basketball court has reasonable availability.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have mainly focused on the workout / weightroom and not on activities.
It would help me to have an experienced person to show how to use specific equipment and equipment to use with my specific requirements and goals.
I'm not looking for a personal trainer to motivate me or for multiple sessions.
