Variety and availability
I like all the programs and classes. Also like the addition of pickleball to our Y! However I have not as yet come back to anything there because I haven't figured out how to make reservations to attend activities!
the exercise room has all I need, the spinning classes are great and love the pools. Plus the friends I have from the Y are special.
Lap swimming is all I ever do at the Y. I especially like signing up for lane space online--I hope this feature continues even after the pandemic.
The staff is so nice and friendly and helpful
I am a senior so I like the classes offered for seniors
Pool options
Swim Team is great- especial Coach First name removed!
Nu-step exercise bikes--many facilities do not have them. These machines are recommended by every rehab therapy facility that I have attended
Lots of choices
I am glad that chair yoga has started again at Blue Ash. Everyone is very helpful setting up the TVs for the zoom class.

Outdoor Pool
I use the workout center nearly everyday, and would like to see other programs returned to regular schedule using social distancing, I also loved the workout on Saturday afternoon, but since the closing time is 4:00 PM, I need one more hour to return on Saturday's!
Love the fact that we schedule our times in the pool. It is organized, we don't have to deal with waiting for a lane, only 2 to a lane, the guards are nice, the front staff are nice, can't wait to see the new locker rooms (the old ones were getting a bit dank!), for the most part people are respectful of the 6 feet distancing and masking. Feel its the silver lining on this difficult time.
BTW I heard people were complaining that some members are taking lanes and do walking up and down the lanes or half swimming/ half aerobics. I say let them be, they are getting exercise in a swim lane no different than me except its kind of swim/water aerobics. More power to keeping everybody active and healthy (they are usually older people and I give them credit!!). Its not like they are using it for games etc like one would do for an open swim or for swim lessons (those are great but just should be a separate schedule). Don't think we should be making value judgements on how people swim.
I like the silver sneakers programs.

Yoga class...I liked the facility and the instructor.
