Just started. So still getting used to things. The Weight room looks like it will be real nice once updates are complete. Looking forward to it.
The person in charge of the basketball at Blue Ash followed up with parents regularly to make sure they were aware of any schedule changes or upcoming photos, and to ask if any questions, comments or concerns. this is a big difference from basketball at previous location where there was no structure at all, and coaches were missing half the time.
We had a great experience with the basketball program this year! Derek Mast did a wonderful job organizing the teams, games, practices, etc. He was exceptional at communication making sure we all knew what was going on and when. We had two games canceled due to snow and COVID and Derek made sure to get those rescheduled for us. He was friendly, accommodating and organized the entire time!!!
I attend Chelsea’s Zumba Class, Mondays and Fridays 9:40 am. She is an excellent instructor…very professional. An excellent role model…a graceful dancer with strong musical sense of beat and musical phrasing, excellent musical interpretation of the good music she chooses. Very clear in her directions, throughly explaining her objectives. Fun, fun, fun !!!!!
Diversity of coaches and kids in the kids programs.
The focus on teaching the kids the rules in a kind and gentle, encouraging way.
Our kids loved playing basketball
Communication is Professional, staff and coaches are welcoming and accepting of all children.
I like how the lifeguard keep the lap swimming organized and does not let people wait too long or stay in the lane more than the scheduled time.
They involve younger children and I love it. This makes my day to see three year olds have fun with other children their age.
Very easy to register for class
Very friendly and interactive
Great communication with parents.
Very Organized
All the staff was great! Derrick did a fantastic job!
Fun and friendly!
Great facilities with a range options. Mostly utilize the fitness room. Would be great to have a torso rotation machine back again.
Derek Mast was awesome. His focus was on making sure the kids had fun and that they learned the rules of the game. The progression from week one to the last week was incredible. He is passionate about what he’s doing and that comes through!
Lori and Brittney were wonderful in group lessons this last round. Lori was learning but she really did take initiative and worked well with the children. They were able to manage the group as a whole but also provide individualization to each child so they each made progress. My child also has Gretchen for private lessons and she is AMAZING! She is patient and kind, she focuses on my child’s skills in the water while working to build his confidence both in and out of the water. This program over all is wonderful.
Derek was so organized and kind. Coaches were patient and positive. We will be back!!

I really likes when Silver Sneakrrs was in Ferris building. Then Covid hit. Thanks to the Y for having virtual classes now ymca360.
The cost. The location is very convenient. The swim instructors are great with the kids
The Silver Sneakers program is great.
I love water aerobics! I wish there were more classes!
Offers versatile workout equipment and classes. Friendly staff. Clean facility.
It's honestly difficult for me to be specific at this point in time. I've used the Y very little in general since the pandemic set in, as I have a family member who is highly immune compromised. I've only snuck in to lift weights a few times when it seems like county case counts are low enough that risk of encountering anyone who might be carrying COVID would be low.
In general, what I like best about the Blue Ash location, though, is the Ferris pool. And, last time I looked --- which honestly was months ago --- it didn't seem that the facility was being offered for use.
I'm eager to get past the worst of the threats of the pandemic and actively use the Y again. And finally, more candor ---- we live in Finneytown --- so I sort of use whatever facility is most convenient to other things I might be doing (in a non-pandemic "routine"). So, I use Blue Ash and Clippard most. The outdoor pool at Powel Crosley is the greatest attraction there --- the fitness center there is far too small and confined, and they don't seem to offer classes at times that fit my work schedule.
Friendly staff!
The times!

Everything was well organized, and it was a good opportunity for the kids to learn and have fun without too much pressure.
