The last two cleans have been excellent!
I like the fact that I can count on you coming out every two weeks as scheduled even if my normal cleaner is away or sick. This is not something that would be possible if I had an individual person cleaning my house. Also, all Merry Maid employees are well trained to pay attention to detail when they are cleaning our house, and I love reading their notes about what was done when I return home since during COVID it is better that I not be in the house while they are working here. Well done!
Melissa always does a great job cleaning our place. Any little thing I mention is given special attention the day I mention it and every clean onward. I worried about asking to have the cracker crumbs vacuumed out of the recliner but every week my mess is cleaned with no judgement or comment.
I also have to say that with all this concern about transmission and contamination I feel very safe having Merry Maids staff in my home and hope they too feel safe when I get the heck out to give them room to work.

We live in a 1911 house and when we come home from a trip we can always smell that "Old House" smell. Today we came home after being away over the long weekend. Sarah had cleaned the house on Friday...arriving home on Tuesday...the house smells fresh!! It looks wonderful too!
