We are extremely happy about the fine service we receive from MM's. Once again however we had problems with lights. It appears when the ladies were in the house they accidentally hit the exterior security light switch turning on all of the exterior security lights. Thisw could have been a major problem however our neighbour who secures our house while we were away for the two weeks noticed the problem, entered the house and turned off the lights. He had noticed the ladies leaving so knew what had happened.
I would like the ladies to always do a sweep of the interior and exterior to ensure there are no lights left on. As you can imagine lights left on can be a serious security problem, particularly if we are away for long periods. Otherwise we do appreciate the fine service HJ Rice
Merry Maids did a wonderful job cleaning and removing construction dust after our condo renovation. The hardwood floors look fantastic!

The convenient part is that you supply the equipment and supplies. Also I see that your products are being changed to "green", which I also like.
I like having the same person each time, but, when it is not convenient, you always arrange a change suitable to me.

I'm no good at this sort of question! I had satisfied with your work, which is why I continue, although I dislike being "organized." This has only happened rarely, when things are "put away" for me, making it necessary for me to go looking for them. Something I use daily took me four days to find the last time this happened. But, as I say, it's only happened once or twice.
The young women are industrious, respectful and (you guessed it!) merry. They are invariably in good spirits and go about their business in a professional manner and with a smile!
Service and Products are very good
